                            FIRST LADY SHEILA GREGORY

 

 

First Lady Sheila Gregory was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised internationally, by Col. James Cason (ret.) and Evangelist Janice Cason.  She accepted Christ at an early age. 

 

After graduating from Central High School in Capital Heights, MD, She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree, in Accounting, at York College of Pennsylvania.  After receiving her degree she went on to work as an accountant in the private sector.

 

Sis. Gregory is the First Lady of New Birth Baptist Church. She is married to Rev. Dr. William M. Gregory, who has been the Pastor of New Birth since 1995.  The Lord has blessed them with many children and grandchildren.  She has served the Lord in many capacities including Deaconess, Church Treasurer, Women’s Ministry Director, Bible Study teacher, Sunday School teacher, and Youth Director.

 

God has called Sis. Gregory and her husband to work closely with youth and young adults to help them develop a closer relationship with God.  She is always willing to serve the Lord in whatever capacity needed and is known for her sense of humor and her love for the Lord.

 

Her favorite scripture is Psalm 34:1, “I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
